I’ve been in the financial services industry for 16 years now, with another 16 years in public service/legal/compensation/finance prior to that. I offer professional financial planning advice and a complete service package. In particular, my Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation in addition to my Business Administration Certificate and my Law Degree gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge in wills, retirement and estate planning and tax. On the personal side, I enjoy skiing and curling in the winter, golf and disc golf in the summer, and bridge, singing and amateur theatre all year long. My wife and I enjoy living on the shores of beautiful Echo Lake, spending time with our 3 adult children and their partners, and our 4 grandchildren.
Gail has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, beginning as a client service administrator and working up to executive assistant. She is dedicated and dependable with vast experience in administration and client relations. Gail always enjoys good conversation and banter with clients and co-workers. Customer service is her strong suit, and she strives to ensure everyone is taken care of and happy. You could say that Gail is a sky watcher. She loves a good sunrise and sunset and if there is a good thunderstorm happening, she is in her glory. Walks in the park or in nature, listening to the birds and the animals, is one of her favorite past-times. When she’s not outside on a chilly Saturday in the fall and winter, you’ll find her 10pin bowling with some of her family. Is she good, no, but she does try to have fun!
Jack has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry with an ability to explain financial
strategies in a language that everyone can understand. His goal is to educate his clients and
provide them with the options available so that they can make the best decision for themselves
and their families. He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter
(CLU), and Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designations.
Jack & Trish have two children and he loves going on motorcycle rides with their son and
listening to their daughter play music and sing. They also love to travel as a family and will
never shy away from a road trip.
Trish has worked in various roles in the financial industry over the last 25+years. From
administration to client interactions, to building financial plans, Trish has the necessary attention
to detail to help build on Jack’s vision of the “big picture”. Trish is dedicated to excellent
customer service and strives to ensure that everyone feels heard and appreciated.
Her joy lies with their children as she loves spending time with them and helping them pursue
their passions and talents. In the evenings, you’ll find her walking along the dirt road near their
home and taking pictures of the sky…seriously we have a lot of pictures of the sunset!
Why we chose NOW
Our prime directive is to put the client first in everything we do. That means we need to be in a position where we represent the client, not any one particular investment dealer or insurance company. Only then can we truly act in the best interest of our clients.
In our search for a platform that would minimize the conflict of interest inherent in the old dealer-based service delivery model, we also looked for a platform that would give our clients access to the very best investment management and insurance companies at the lowest cost. We are very excited that we found this service delivery platform with New Outlook Wealth. Our clients now get full-service financial planning, and have access to independent, premier investment and insurance offerings, at a cost that is lower than what they experienced when serviced by their old dealer network.
I’ve been in the financial industry for over 24 years now, and I’ve learned many things about the business. The most important lesson has been to do whatever it takes to constantly improve the client experience. Moving from a captive dealer model to an independent model in 2022 has been the most important change I’ve made. I am looking forward to working with my clients to help them get to a better place in life!
